Who we are
TopUp Lobby sells in-game diamond top-ups for Free Fire. TopUp Lobby is an independent top-up service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Garena, 111dots Studio, or Free Fire.
Placing an order
- You must enter the correct Free Fire UID and confirm the player card we show you.
- Diamonds are delivered to the UID recorded on the order. Once delivered they cannot be transferred to a different account.
- Prices are shown before payment and include all charges. We may change prices at any time, but never after an order is created.
Payment and fulfilment
- Payments are processed by our payment provider. We do not receive or store your card details.
- An order is treated as paid only when the provider confirms settlement to our server.
- Fulfilment is performed manually by our team through authorised channels. We do not use automated injection, exploits, or any method that breaches the game publisher’s terms.
Acceptable use
- Do not place orders for accounts you do not own or have permission to top up.
- Do not use stolen or unauthorised payment instruments.
- We may cancel and refund any order we believe to be fraudulent, and may refuse further service.
Liability
We are responsible for delivering the diamonds you paid for to the UID on your order. We are not responsible for account bans, losses or changes caused by the game publisher, or for an incorrect UID you supplied and confirmed.
